Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to our pages. Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to gain access you are not entitled to, disrupting it, or using the forms to send spam, unlawful or abusive material.

What you send us

When you submit a challenge, a solution or a message, you confirm that the information is yours to share and is accurate as far as you know. Sending us an idea does not create a contract or a commitment by us to act on it or to fund it. You keep ownership of your ideas; you allow us to read, discuss and consider them within the charity and with the people we work with.

Our content

Unless we say otherwise, the text, images and design of this site belong to Sow & Nurture or are used with permission. You may quote short extracts with a credit and a link. Please ask before reusing anything more.

Projects and links

Project pages are written by the teams running those projects. We link to other websites where we think they are useful, but we are not responsible for their content.

Donations

Donations are processed by Stripe on its own secure pages and are subject to Stripe's terms. If you have a question about a donation, please contact us.

Accuracy and liability

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free from errors or interruptions. Nothing on the site is professional advice. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
